摘  要:初步探索教师团队讲座式教学方法在“干细胞生物学”课程中的应用。课程特色地引入干细胞领域高水平教师团队联合授课,紧跟干细胞国际科技前沿动态,提高学生的科研敏锐度,并融合思政元素,培养具有创新思维的高素质人才。经过课堂实践,证明该教学方法对于引导学生具备创新思维、树立正确的“三观”及提高科研能力有良好的效果。教师团队讲座式教学方法是一种行之有效的教学模式,可优先在学院其他课程教学中试点推广,采集充足的样本及数据后,可对该教学方法进一步优化。A preliminary exploration has been conducted on the application of the lecture-based teaching method of the teacher team in the course of Stem Cell Biology.The course is characterized by introducing a high-level teaching team in the field of stem cells to jointly teach the course,closely following the international technological frontier in stem cell research,and enhancing students’sensitivity to scientific research.It also integrates ideological and political education elements to cultivate high-quality young talents with innovative thinking.After classroom practice,it has been proven that this teaching method has a good effect on guiding students’innovative thinking,correct values,and improving their scientific research ability.The lecture-based teaching method of the teacher team is an effective teaching model,which can be prioritized for pilot promotion in other courses in the school.After collecting sufficient samples and data,the teaching method can be further optimized.
