摘 要:“大学生职业发展与就业指导”课程作为普通高等学校必修课之一,其重要意义在当下复杂的经济形势与就业环境下显得尤为突出。将团体辅导技术融入就业指导课程内容,构建生涯团体辅导课程体系,通过课程教学的方式对中南大学683名学生进行课程体系应用与研究,并在教学过程中通过问卷调研、个案访谈等研究方法开展课程指导前后的结果对比。结果表明,学生通过课程教学较好地提升了自我认知,加深了对职业世界的了解,更加清晰个人职业发展目标,并强化了个人求职创业技能。同时,运用生涯团体辅导方式教学也加强了课堂互动性,让学生对课程的专注度、参与感、获得感都得到了提高,较大程度地提升了大学生就业指导效能。The course Career Development and Employment Guidance for College Students is a crucial requirement in universities.Given the complexity of the current economic situation and employment environment,its importance can not be overstated.In this study,the group guidance technology was integrated into the content of the career guidance course,and a career group guidance course system was constructed.The application and research of the curriculum system were carried out by 683 students in our school through course teaching.The results before and after course guidance were compared using questionnaire surveys,case interviews and other research methods during the teaching process.Through this course,students enhance their self-awareness,understand deeper into the professional realm,clarify their career aspirations,and hone their job-seeking and entrepreneurial abilities.Concurrently,the application of career group guidance boosts classroom engagement,sharpens students’focus on the subject,increases their participation,and significantly elevate the employ ability of college students.
