摘 要:实践育人是“十大”育人体系中的重要环节。通过不断的探索与实践,各高校实践育人的内容和形式不断丰富,但仍存在实践内容与专业结合不紧密、实践过程缺乏专业教师指导、实践活动难以到全员覆盖等问题。桂林医学院结合医学专业特点,在基础医学教育阶段将社会实践环节与专业课程相融合,开展形式多样的专业实践活动,以“大健康”理念为指引,建立政策支持、理念引领、组织实施、评价反馈和改进完善五个环节形成闭环运行模式的机制,达到专业实践育人环节全员覆盖的目标,同时发挥高校服务社会的职能。Practical education is an important link in the“Top Ten Education Systems”.Through continuous exploration and practice,the content and forms of practical education in various universities have been continuously enriched.However,there are still problems such as insufficient integration of practical content and majors,lack of guidance from professional teachers in the practical process,and difficulty in covering all practical activities.Based on the characteristics of the medical profession,Guilin Medical University integrates social practice with professional courses in the basic medical education stage,and carries out various forms of professional practice activities.Guided by the concept of“enlarged health conception”,it establishes a closed-loop operation mode consisting of five links:policy support,concept guidance,organizational implementation,evaluation feedback,and improvement,achieving full coverage of professional practice and education,while also playing the role of universities in serving society.
