摘  要:针对动载荷导致桩腿失效而引发危险事故的风险,对海上风电安装船的桩腿进行动力响应分析,以浪向角、作业水深、波高和静水气隙4个工况因素各取5个水平进行正交试验敏感性分析,结果表明:桩腿的动载荷响应与静力分析结果相比明显偏大,且应力动力放大系数比位移动力放大系数大,因此在进行桩腿的结构安全评估时,仅仅参考静力分析的结果是不全面的,应加入动力响应的考虑。通过正交试验发现,对平台的动态响应产生影响的首要工况因素依次为水深、波高,在作业水深为40 m、波高为2 m的情况下,桩腿X方向(艏艉方向)位移动力放大系数DAF和桩腿底部截面SIGXX (轴向应力) DAF达到最大值;次要工况因素为静水气隙和浪向角,静水气隙为8 m时,DAF值通常较大,浪向角对结果各异。这对于其他船舶的动力响应分析具有一定的参考意义。In view of the risk of dangerous accidents of pile legs caused by dynamic loads,the dynamic response of the pile legs of offshore wind power installation vessel is analyzed,and orthogonal test sensitivity analysis is conducted at five levels of four working conditions,namely,wave direction angle,operating water depth,wave height and hydrostatic air gap.The results show that:compared with the static analysis results,the dynamic load response of the legs is obviously larger,and the stress dynamic amplification factor is larger than the displacement dynamic amplification factor,therefore,it is not comprehensive to only refer to the results of static analysis when conducting structural safety assessment of pile legs,and dynamic response should be considered.Through orthogonal test,it is found that the primary operating conditions affecting the dynamic response of the platform are water depth and wave height.Under operating conditions with water depth of 40m and wave height of 2m,the maximum displacements in the X-direction(fore-aft direction)of the pile leg DAF and the axial stress at the bottom section SIGXX DAF are achieved.The secondary operating conditions are hydrostatic air gap and wave direction angle.When the hydrostatic air gap is 8 m,the DAF value is generally larger,and the effect of the wave direction angle varies.This has certain reference significance for the analysis of the dynamic response of other vessels.
