摘 要:探讨了学习通平台支持下的“半导体物理与器件”课程混合式教学改革。首先,阐述了开展混合式教学的意义,强调以学生为中心,通过线上自主学习和线下指导讨论相结合,培养学生自主学习和探究创新的能力。其次,分析了学习通平台对混合式教学的支持作用,包括提供教学资源建设与管理工具、支持多样化的在线教学活动和交互等。再次,从教学目标、教学内容和教学方法3个维度,提出了“半导体物理与器件”课程的混合式教学方案设计,并详细论述了教学实施流程。最后,指出要加强过程监测和学习效果评估,持续优化教学策略,促进课程教学效果和人才培养质量的全面提升。The hybrid teaching reform of"Semiconductor Physics and Devices"course supported by Xuexitong platform is studied.First of all,it expounds the significance of carrying out hybrid teaching,emphasizing student-centered,and cultivating students'ability of independent learning,inquiry and innovation through the combination of online independent learning and offline guidance and discussion.Secondly,it analyzes the supporting effect of Xuexitong platform on hybrid teaching,including providing teaching resource construction and management tools,supporting diversified online teaching activities and interaction.Then,from the three dimensions of teaching objec-tives,teaching contents and teaching methods,the hybrid teaching scheme design of"Semiconductor Physics and Devices"course is proposed,and the teaching implementation process is discussed in detail.Finally,it is pointed out that we should strengthen the process monitoring and learning effect evaluation,continuously optimize the teaching strategy,and promote the overall improvement of the teaching effect and talent training quality.
