摘 要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展和医学行业的不断进步,信息素养已经成为医学生必备的核心能力之一。然而,当前医学生的信息素养亟须提高,存在信息意识不强、信息能力薄弱、信息检索和利用技能欠缺等问题,不仅影响了医学生获取、分析和利用医学信息的效率和质量,更限制了其在学术研究和临床实践中的发展。通过有针对性地提出完善信息素养教育课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、营造良好的学习氛围等具体对策,不仅可以有效提升医学生的信息检索、筛选、评估和利用等能力,使医学生能够更好地适应信息化时代的医学发展需求,还可为医学院校提升信息素养教育质量、培养高质信息素养的医学人才提供有益参考。With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous progress of the medical industry,information literacy has become one of the essential core abilities of medical students.However,numerous studies have shown that the information literacy of medical students needs to be improved urgently,such as weak information awareness,weak information ability,and lack of information retrieval and utilization skills.Therefore,it not only affects the efficiency and quality of medical students in obtaining,analyzing and using medical information,but also limits its development in academic research and clinical practice.Specific countermeasures such as improving the curriculum system of information literacy education,strengthening the construction of teachers and creating a good learning atmosphere can not only effectively improve medical students′ability of information retrieval,screening,evaluation and utilization,but also make them better adapt to the medical development needs in the information age.It can also provide useful reference for medical colleges to improve the quality of information literacy education and train medical talents with high quality information literacy.
