摘 要:由于无线通信网络中的节点经常受到恶意攻击,抗毁节点优化方法缺乏灵活性,导致增加网络攻击性时无线通信网络的抗毁性值低的问题。针对上述问题,提出基于卷积神经网络的无线通信网络通信抗毁节点优化方法。通过控制网络抗毁节点的数量确保网络的稳健性,利用先进的特征提取技术,从无线通信网络中提取出关键的网络特征。引入卷积神经网络对抗毁节点进行分类,通过训练网络来识别不同节点在通信过程中的稳定性和重要性。最后,根据分类结果部署中继节点实现抗毁节点的优化,通过合理的中继节点部署策略,提高网络的连通性和容错能力,确保在节点失效或遭受攻击时,网络仍能保持稳定的通信能力。实验结果表明,该方法具有灵活性,在网络攻击比例较高的情况下,无线通信网络的抗毁性值仍然保持在一定较高的水平上,保持网络的稳健运行。Because the nodes in the wireless communication network are often attacked maliciously,the optimization method of anti-destruction nodes lacks flexibility,which leads to the problem of low anti-destruction value of the wireless communication network when the network aggression is increased.According to the above problems,the node optimization method based on convolutional neural network is proposed.To ensure the robustness of the network by controlling the number of resistant nodes,we extract key network features from wireless communication networks using advanced feature extraction techniques.Introduce the convolutional neural network to classify the destroyed nodes,and train the network to identify the stability and importance of different nodes in the communication process.Finally,the relay nodes are deployed according to the classification results to realize the optimization of the anti-destruction nodes.Through the reasonable deployment strategy of the relay nodes,the connectivity and fault tolerance of the network are improved,so as to ensure that the network can still maintain a stable communication capability when the nodes are invalid or attacked.The experimental results show that the proposed method is flexible,so that the damage resistance value of the wireless communication network remains at a certain high level,maintaining the robust operation of the network.
