摘 要:目的:探究个体化医学营养干预联合抗阻训练对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖、血脂指标的影响。方法:选取2022年4月-2023年11月高安市人民医院收治的86例T2DM患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用个体化医学营养干预联合抗阻训练,对比两组血糖、血脂代谢及营养指标。结果:干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白分别为(5.11±1.03)mmol/L、(7.02±1.06)mmol/L、(6.12±0.52)%,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组高密度脂蛋白相较对照组更高,甘油三酯、胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白相较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、总蛋白、转铁蛋白分别为(40.14±2.51)g/L、(129.06±5.33)g/L、(68.33±3.62)g/L、(2.76±0.71)g/L,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化医学营养干预联合抗阻训练能够有效改善T2DM患者的血糖、血脂代谢指标,调节机体营养指标。Objective:To explore the effects of individualized medical nutrition intervention combined with resistance training on blood glucose and lipid indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 86 T2DM patients admitted to Gao‘an People’s Hospital from April 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with individualized medical nutrition intervention combined with resistance training.The blood glucose,blood lipid metabolism and nutritional indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were(5.11±1.03)mmol/L,(7.02±1.06)mmol/L and(6.12±0.52)%,which were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention,the high density lipoprotein in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the triglyceride,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein were lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,serum albumin,hemoglobin,total protein and transferrin in observation group were(40.14±2.51)g/L,(129.06±5.33)g/L,(68.33±3.62)g/L and(2.76±0.71)g/L,which were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized medical nutrition intervention combined with resistance training can effectively improve blood glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and regulate body nutrition indexes in T2DM patients.
