摘　　要：目的 探讨细胞程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)间质浸润免疫细胞中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法 选取2017年1月至2019年12月嘉兴市第二医院经外科手术切除的77例TNBC组织(TNBC组)及80例非三阴性乳腺癌组织(非TNBC组),采用免疫组化法检测PD-L1在两种组织间质浸润免疫细胞中的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 PD-L1在TNBC组间质浸润免疫细胞中的阳性表达率(40.3%)显著高于非TNBC组(16.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同组织学级别、淋巴结转移、Ki-67表达以及间质浸润免疫细胞密度TNBC患者PD-L1阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 TNBC患者间质浸润免疫细胞中PD-L1阳性表达率显著高于非TNBC患者,PD-L1表达与TNBC患者组织学级别、淋巴结转移、Ki-67表达以及间质浸润免疫细胞密度等临床病理特征有关。Objective To investigate the expression of programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),and to analyze its clinicopathological significance.Methods Seventy-seven TNBC tissue(TNBC group)and eighty non-TNBC tissue(non-TNBC group)admitted in the Second Hospital of Jiaxing between January 2017 and December 2019 were enrolled.The expression of PD-L1 in interstitial infiltrating immune cells of two groups were detected by immunochemical method,and the relationship of PD-L1 expression with clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression rate of PD-L1 in TNBC group(40.3%)was significantly higher than that in non-TNBC group(16.3%)(P<0.05).There were significant differences of expression of PD-L1 between histological grade,lymph node metastasis,Ki-67 expression and density of interstitial infiltrating immune cells in two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PD-L1 in TNBC is significantly higher than that in non-TNBC.The expression of PD-L1 in TNBC is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of histological grade,lymph node metastasis,Ki-67 expression and density of interstitial infiltrating immune cells.
