摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟结合混合式教学法在血液病教学中对提高住培医师问诊能力的应用。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院与南方医科大学深圳医院2019—2022级轮转血液内科住培医师共100名,培训时间为2021年7月—2023年8月,按照随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组。比较2组的问诊考核成绩、教学效果评价及教学满意度。结果出科问诊的考试成绩比较,2组在选择题成绩方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的简答题、实践考试和总成绩均高于对照组[(39.00±7.52)分vs.(36.08±6.79)分,(76.12±13.39)分vs.(68.84±16.35)分,(153.20±15.97)分vs.(142.50±18.72)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组的教学效果比较,2组在基础理论理解、问诊内容方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组在问诊技巧、临床思维能力培养、医患沟通能力、团结合作和总体性评价评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组的教学满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组满意44名(88.00%),高于对照组的满意36名(72.00%)。结论情景模拟结合混合式教学法可提高住培学生的问诊与沟通能力。Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation combined with mixed teaching method on improving the inquiring ability of resident physicians in the teaching of blood diseases.Methods A total of 100 rotating hematology resident physicians of grade 2019‒2022 from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected and randomly divided into two groups during the training period from July 2021 to August 2023.The test group and the control group were compared with each other in examination,teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction.Results There was no difference in the scores of multiple choice questions between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).The short answer,practical test and total scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group[(39.00±7.52)points vs.(36.08±6.79)points,(76.12±13.39)points vs.(68.84±16.35)points,(153.20±15.97)points vs.(142.50±18.72)points],with statistical significance(P˂0.05).Compared with the teaching effect of the two groups,there was no difference between the two groups in the understanding of basic theory and the content of consultation(P>0.05).The scores of consultation skills,training of clinical thinking ability,doctor-patient communication ability,solidarity and cooperation and overall evaluation were higher than those of the traditional teaching group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no difference between the test group and the control group in the teaching satisfaction(P>0.05),44 physicians in the test group were satisfied(88.00%),while 36 physicians in the control group were satisfied(72.00%).Conclusion Scenario simulation combined with blended teaching method can significantly improve the inquiry and communication ability of residential students.
