腹腔镜切除术联合益气扶正化瘀解毒汤治疗结肠癌的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜切除术联合益气扶正化瘀解毒汤治疗结肠癌的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月广饶县人民医院收治的结肠癌患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组行腹腔镜切除术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜切除术联合益气扶正化瘀解毒汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后肢体倦怠、大便秘结、便血、消瘦及腹胀积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清糖类抗原19-9、糖类抗原72-4水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8低于治疗前,CD8高于治疗前,且观察组各指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜切除术联合益气扶正化瘀解毒汤治疗结肠癌能显著改善患者的临床症状,增强机体免疫力,具有推广价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic resection combined with Yiqi Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu decoction in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients with colon cancer admitted to Guangrao County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).The control group received laparoscopic resection,and the observation group received laparoscopic resection combined with Yiqi Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of body fatigue,constipation,blood in stool,emaciation and abdominal distension after treatment were lower in both groups than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9 and carbohydrate antigen 72-4 in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were lower than before treatment,and CD8 was higher than before treatment,and the indexes of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic resection combined with Yiqi Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of colon cancer can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance the immunity of the body.
