摘　　要：目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)在椎管肿瘤疾病中的诊断价值。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月北京市和平里医院收治的78例疑似椎管肿瘤患者作为研究对象。患者均在手术前接受CT和MRI检查,手术后以病理检查结果为“金标准”,对比CT和MRI检查在椎管肿瘤诊断方面的效果。结果:78例患者病理检查确诊椎管肿瘤48例,占比61.54%。MRI诊断准确度、特异度、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均明显优于CT(P<0.05)。MRI在不同疾病分型方面的诊断结果与病理检查无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:MRI在椎管肿瘤疾病诊断方面的效果显著,可以准确判断病理类型。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in spinal canal tumors.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with suspected spinal canal tumors admitted to Beijing Hepingli Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent CT and MRI before surgery.After surgery,the results of pathological examination were used as the"gold standard"to compare the effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of spinal canal tumors.Results:Vertebral canal tumor was confirmed in 48 of 78 patients(61.54%)by pathological examination;the diagnostic accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI were significantly better than those of CT(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between MRI diagnosis and pathological examination in different disease types(P>0.05).Conclusion:MRI has a remarkable effect in the diagnosis of spinal canal tumors and can accurately judge the pathological types.
