摘　　要：目的:分析微创拔牙手术在阻生牙拔除中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月应城市人民医院收治的200例阻生牙患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和微创组,各100例。常规组实施常规拔牙手术,微创组实施微创拔牙手术。比较两组手术相关指标、不良事件发生情况、疼痛情况、并发症发生情况、治疗满意度。结果:微创组手术时间短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,创口愈合时间早于常规组(P<0.001)。微创组断根、牙龈撕裂、牙槽窝不完全发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。术后1、3 d,两组疼痛评分逐渐降低,且微创组低于常规组(P<0.05)。微创组并发症总发生率低于常规组(P=0.018)。微创组治疗方法、操作过程、工作态度、治疗能力评分均高于常规组(P<0.001)。结论:微创拔牙手术在阻生牙拔除中的应用效果显著,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低不良事件及并发症发生率,促进预后,提高满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction surgery in impacted tooth extraction.Methods:A total of 200 patients with impacted tooth admitted to Yingcheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into conventional group and minimally invasive group,with 100 cases in each group.Conventional group received conventional tooth extraction surgery,and minimally invasive group received minimally invasive tooth extraction surgery.Surgery-related indicators,occurrence of adverse events,pain,occurrence of complications,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time in minimally invasive group was shorter than that in conventional group,the intraoperative blood loss in minimally invasive group was less than that in conventional group,and the wound healing time in minimally invasive group was earlier than that in conventional group(P<0.001).The incidences of root breakage,gingival tear and alveolar fossa incompleteness in minimally invasive group were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).On 1 d and 3 d after surgery,the pain scores in the two groups gradually decreased,and the score in minimally invasive group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in minimally invasive group was lower than that in conventional group(P=0.018).The scores of treatment method,operation process,work attitude and treatment ability in minimally invasive group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Minimally invasive tooth extraction surgery has a significant effect in impacted tooth extraction,and can shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidences of adverse events and complications,promote prognosis and improve satisfaction.
