摘　　要：目的:分析无缝隙护理在急诊科患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月无锡市人民医院急诊科收治的患者180例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,各90例。常规组实施常规护理,试验组实施无缝隙护理。比较两组抢救指标、抢救成功率、不良事件发生情况、家属护理满意度。结果:试验组确诊时间、急诊科停留时间、急诊至手术时间、住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组抢救成功率高于常规组,不良事件总发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组家属护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.001)。结论:无缝隙护理在急诊科患者中的应用效果显著,可缩短抢救时间,降低不良事件发生率,提高抢救成功率及护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of seamless nursing in emergency department patients.Methods:A total of 180 patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Wuxi People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received seamless nursing.The rescue index,rescue success rate,adverse event occurrence and family member satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of confirmed diagnosis,length of emergency department stay,time from emergency to surgery,and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The family member satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of seamless nursing in emergency department patients is significant,which can shorten the rescue time,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and increase the rescue success rate and nursing satisfaction.
