摘　　要：目的:分析2016年重庆市南岸区肺癌发病率、死亡率。方法:统计、随访2016年新报告的肺癌患者,随访信息网络直报到重庆市慢性病监测管理系统,分析2016年南岸区肺癌发病率、标化发病率、死亡率、标化死亡率及不同性别、年龄人群肺癌发病率、死亡率。结果:2016年南岸区共报告肺癌新发病例782例,死亡578例。男性发病率、死亡率均高于女性(χ~2=11.091,P<0.001;χ~2=9.784,P=0.002)。40岁前肺癌发病率较低,40岁后肺癌发病率随年龄的增长呈上升趋势。男性和女性的肺癌发病率均以≥80岁最高;除10~<20岁,其余年龄段男性肺癌发病率均高于女性。50岁前肺癌死亡率较低,50岁后肺癌死亡率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,且50岁后男性肺癌死亡率高于女性。结论:2016年重庆市南岸区肺癌发病率、死亡率均较高,肺癌防治任务依然艰巨,需采取针对性应对措施。Objective:To analyze the incidence and mortality of lung cancer in Nan'an District of Chongqing in 2016.Methods:The newly reported lung cancer patients in 2016 were counted and followed-up,and the follow-up information was directly reported through network to Chongqing Chronic Disease Monitoring and Management System.The incidence,standardized incidence,mortality and standardized mortality of lung cancer in Nan'an District in 2016 and the incidence and mortality of lung cancer in different genders and age populations were analyzed.Results:A total of 782 new cases of lung cancer and 578 deaths were reported in Nan'an District in 2016.The incidence and mortality in males were higher than those in females(χ2=11.091,P<0.001;χ2=9.784,P=0.002).The incidence of lung cancer was lower before the age of 40 years,and the incidence of lung cancer increased with age after the age of 40 years.The incidence of lung cancer was highest at the age of≥80 years in both males and females;Except for the age of 10 to<20 years,the incidence of lung cancer in males in other age groups was higher than that in females.The mortality of lung cancer was lower before the age of 50 years,and the mortality of lung cancer increased with age after the age of 50 years,and the mortality of lung cancer in males was higher than that in females after the age of 50 years.Conclusion:In 2016,the incidence and mortality of lung cancer in Nan'an District of Chongqing are relatively high.The task of lung cancer prevention and treatment is still arduous,and it is necessary to take targeted countermeasures.
