摘　　要：新《体育法》规定国家优先发展青少年和学校体育,这表明现阶段我国青少年体育面临加快建成体育强国亟需补齐青少年体育发展短板,深化体教融合亟需破解青少年体育发展政策性难题,落实立德树人根本任务亟需释放青少年体育育人功能,保持竞技体育国际竞争力亟需普及青少年专项运动技能,青少年群体人口变动亟需优化青少年体育资源配置等新形势。国家优先发展青少年体育,要把“优先发展”理念转化为青少年体育公共政策、提升青少年体质健康优良率、提高体育后备人才培养成材率、完善青少年体育赛事体系、深化体育运动学校改革、培育发展青少年体育社会组织、普及青少年专项运动技能等。The new Sports Law mandates the state to prioritize the development of youth sports and sports in schools,which indicates that at present,China’s youth sports confront several new challenges including:addressing developmental shortcomings in youth sports to expedite the establishment of a leading sporting nation,tackling policy challenges in youth sports development to enhance the integration of sports and education,realizing the educational potential of youth sports to fulfill the fundamental task of moral and talent education,disseminating specialized sports skills among youth to preserve the international competitiveness in sports,and optimizing the allocation of youth sports resources to align with demographic shifts in youth populations.The country prioritizing the development of youth sports should translate the concept into specific public policies,increase excellent physicalfitness and health among young people,enhance the results of talent cultivation in sports reserves,improve the youth sports event system,intensify the reform of sports schools,nurture and developing social organizations for youth sports,and disseminate specialized sports skills for young people.
