摘  要:PVC经热塑成型后延展性增强,为减小PVC在夹持步进过程中的传动误差,分析PVC夹持步进装置同步带-负载传动机构的动态传动特性对PVC传动误差的影响。首先,基于拉格朗日方程建立了广义坐标系下的同步带-负载传动机构的纵向振动微分方程并求解激励响应;其次,基于ADAMS虚拟样机对同步带-负载传动机构进行刚柔耦合仿真,对同步带传动-负载机构进行动态特性分析;最终,基于同步带粘弹性特性分析不同预紧力、负载载荷对同步带横向振动、负载动态直线位移误差和运动特性的影响规律,为包装机同类装置在优化PVC传动精度与稳定性方面的应用提供了理论参考。The ductility of PVC was enhanced after thermoplastic molding.In order to reduce the transmission error of PVC in the stepping process,the influence of dynamic transmission characteristics of synchronous belt-load mechanism in PVC clamping and stepping device on the transmission error of PVC was analyzed.Firstly,based on the Lagrange equation,the longitudinal vibration differential equation of the synchronous belt-load transmission mechanism in the generalized coordinate system was established and the excitation response was solved.Secondly,the rigid-flexible coupling simulation of synchronous belt-load transmission mechanism was solved based on ADAMS virtual prototype,and the dynamic characteristics of synchronous belt transmission mechanism was analyzed.Finally,based on the viscoelastic characteristics of the synchronous belt,the influence of different preload and the plate load on the transverse vibration,load dynamic linear displacement error and motion characteristics of the synchronous belt was analyzed,which provides a theoretical reference for the application of similar devices in the optimization of PVC transmission accuracy and stability.
