摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴结内甲状腺组织异位的临床表现、诊断和治疗方法。方法2022年10月山东大学附属威海市立医院收治淋巴结内甲状腺组织异位病人1例,女性,53岁,术前行甲状腺彩超和术中病理确诊,行手术治疗,术后口服左甲状腺素钠片,定期复查。结果病人术后恢复良好,继续随诊。结论淋巴结内见甲状腺组织是异位甲状腺还是转移性甲状腺癌,需要熟悉各自的病理特点,并加以鉴别。Objective To discuss the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of the thyroid heterotopic tissue in lymph nodes.Methods A 30-year-old female patient with thyroid heterotopic tissue in lymph nodes from Weihai Municipal Hospital,Cheeloo College of Medicine,Shandong University in October 2022 was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound and intraoperative pathology before operation,and underwent surgical treatment.After operation,the patient took levothyroxine sodium tablets orally and had regular re-examination.Results The patient recovered well after operation and continued to follow up.Conclusion To explore whether thyroid tissue seen in lymph nodes is ectopic thyroid or metastatic thyroid cancer,and it is necessary to be familiar with the pathological characteristics of each and distinguish them.
