继续医学教育学籍规范化管理的探索及研究

摘　　要：伴随着国家为加快推进学习型社会建设,构建人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学的全民终身学习服务体系,社会对继续医学教育的发展改革提出了新的要求。在这一过程中,面向成人学习者这一特殊群体,学籍管理存在的一些问题日益凸显:成人学习者的特殊性、相关学籍管理制度的不健全、学籍管理工作量大以及信息化设施不完备等。文章结合成人教育学生的特点,从一切以学生为中心的角度出发,对学籍管理中存在的问题进行分析并提出解决方案,如:充分考虑成人学生学情特点、完善相关工作制度和工作机制建设、加大学籍管理人员队伍建设等,并详细介绍了徐州医科大学继续教育学院依托信息化手段进行学籍管理的做法,以期探索继续医学教育学籍管理规范化的具体策略和方法。In order to speed up the construction of a learning-oriented society,the state should construct a lifelong learning service system for all people,which is capable of learning everywhere and can be learned at any time,new demands have been placed on the development and reform of the continuing medical education.In this process,for the special group of adult learners,there are some problems in the management of student status,such as the particularity of adult learners,the imperfect management system,the heavy workload and the incomplete information facilities.Based on the characteristics of adult education students,this paper analyzes the problems in the management of student status from a student-centred perspective and proposes solutions,such as:fully consider the characteristics of adult students,improve the relevant work system and work mechanism construction,increase the number of administrators,etc.,the school of continuing education of Xuzhou Medical University adopted information technology to manage its continuing medical education,with a view to exploring specific strategies and methods for standardizing the management of adult students.
