摘　　要：文章以绿色供应链下的四川白酒运输配送为案例,探讨了在新质生产力加持下的销售物流模式重构。研究发现:川酒销售物流模式存在缺乏可信赖品牌、节能减排不足、产品独特性带来多重风险、管理不当导致成本高昂,以及信息共享不足等问题。据此,提出了新质生产力加持下的重构方案,包括政府打造一体化管理平台、制定行业标准、企业选择和管理物流服务商、合作伙伴助力。重构后的预期效果包括品牌口碑提升、损耗降低、成本减少、节能减排、配送时效缩短、可追溯性提高。Taking the transportation and distribution of liquor in Sichuan under the green supply chain as an example,this paper discusses the reconstruction of the Sichuan liquor sales logistics mode based on a green supply chain under the support of new quality productive forces.It is identified that several issues exist in the current Sichuan liquor sales logistics model,including a lack of reputable brands,insufficient focus on energy conservation and emission reduction,risks associated with product uniqueness,high costs due to inadequate management practices,and limited information sharing.To address these challenges,a reconstruction scheme is proposed under the framework of new quality productive force.This scheme involves government initiatives to establish an integrated management platform,industry-wide formulation of standards,enterprises’selection and management of logistics service providers,as well as partners’contribution towards new quality productive force.The anticipated outcomes following this reconstruction include improved brand reputation,reduced losses and costs,enhanced energy conservation and emission reduction efforts,decreased distribution time and better traceability.
