女性创业者禀赋对社会企业绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：随着社会企业的成长和发展,女性创业者在其中扮演着日益重要的角色。而女性创业者禀赋作为影响社会企业绩效的重要因素之一,却并未得到深入研究。因此选取丁知竹成都创意文化有限公司作为研究对象,结合扎根理论分析,揭示女性创业者禀赋对社会企业绩效的内在影响机制。结果表明,女性创业者禀赋对社会企业绩效提升有正向影响;在企业发展的不同时期,女性创业者禀赋通过差异化的资源编排行为和建立互动联结关系,对社会企业绩效产生影响;资源编排、互动联结在女性创业者禀赋和社会企业经济绩效之间起到中介作用;环境动荡性是女性创业者禀赋与资源编排、互动联结作用关系的重要调节性因素。As social enterprises grow and develop,women entrepreneurs are playing an increasingly important role.However,female entrepreneurs'endowment,as one of the important factors affecting the performance of social enterprises,has not been thoroughly studied.Therefore,this paper selects Ding Zhizhu Chengdu Creative Culture Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and combines the grounded theory to analyze and reveal the internal influence mechanism of female entrepreneurs'endowments on the performance of social enterprises.The results show that the endowment of female entrepreneurs has a positive impact on the performance improvement of social enterprises,at different stages of enterprise development,female entrepreneur endowments have an impact on the performance of social enterprises through differentiated resource arrangement behaviors and the establishment of interactive connections,Resource arrangement and interaction link play a mediating role between the endowment of female entrepreneurs and the economic performance of social enterprises.Environmental instability is an important regulatory factor in the relationship between female entrepreneurs'endowment,resource arrangement and interaction.
