摘　　要：在资本主义和社会主义的并存和斗争中,社会主义制度正在成为人类社会发展的决定性因素。在对“两个必然”的实现充满信心的同时,在现实的发展有利于实现“两个必然”的条件下,推动“两个必然”思想进入新境界,要展现以中国为代表的社会主义国家应肩负的崇高责任和表率作用,发挥资本主义国家工人阶级及其政党的主体作用,加强世界社会主义理论与实践的研究和宣传。In the coexistence and struggle of the“two systems”,the socialist system is becoming a decisive factor in the development of human society.While maintaining confidence in the realization of the“two historical necessities”,we should also recognize the current conditions that are favorable for their achievement.To promote the“two necessities”into a new realm,we should show the lofty responsibility and exemplary role that socialist countries represented by China should shoulder,give full play to the main role of the working class and its political parties in capitalist countries,and strengthen the research and publicity of the theory and practice of world socialism.
