摘　　要：“十四五”是中国职业教育大发展的五年,在“双高计划”的引领下,高等院校对仪器设备的投入力度不断加大。高职院校实验室仪器设备采购种类和数量都在快速增加。文章以“双高计划”视角为出发点,从政府采购管理的角度出发,阐述了高职实验室建设在政府采购环节存在的主要问题。结合《政府采购需求管理办法》,提出了健全采购管理体制、压实采购人主体责任、做实采购项目前期工作、加强实验室采购队伍建设,优化采购队伍人才结构等措施,优化高职院校实验室仪器设备采购计划,解决现阶段实验室采购存在的问题。The 14th five-year plan is the five-year period of the great development of China's vocational education.Under the guidance of the“Double-height Plan”,colleges and universities continue to increase their investment in instruments and equipment,the types and quantities of the laboratory equipment procurement in higher vocational colleges are increasing rapidly.From the per-spective of“Double-high plan”and the demand management of government procurement,this paper expounds the main problems ex-isting in the construction of laboratory in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the“Measures for the Managament of Government Porcurement Requirements”,the paper puts forward to perfect the procurement management system,to press the main responsibility of the buyer,to do the actual procurement project preliminary work,and to strengthen the construction of the laboratory procurement team,optimize the purchasing team structure and other measures to optimize the planning of laboratory equipment procurement,so as to solve the problems of laboratory procurement at this stage.
