摘　　要：随着年龄的增长以及疾病的影响,老年人的口腔组织会发生增龄性变化,口腔的咀嚼、吞咽、感觉等功能发生减退。口腔健康是全身健康的重要组成部分之一,口腔功能减退不仅引起老年人口腔健康相关的生活质量下降而且伴随着营养不良、肌少症、认知减退等不良健康结局。早期正确评估老年人口腔功能减退并进行系统化干预,可以预防口腔功能进一步恶化。本文拟通过介绍老年人口腔功能减退评估及干预方法,以期增强医护人员对老年人口腔功能减退的认识,为我国老年人口腔功能减退评估及干预管理工作提供参考。Oral tissues will occur some age-related changes and oral functions(chewing,swallowing,sensation,etc)will decrease along with the growth of the age and the influence of diseases in the senior citizens.Oral health is one of the most important components of overall health and well-being.Not only does oral hypofunction cause a decline in oral health-related quality of life,but also increases risk of adverse health outcomes,such as malnutrition,sarcopenia,and cognitive decline.We can prevent oral function deterioration by making correct assessment and systematic intervention at an early stage of oral hypofunction.This paper aims to enhance medical staff's understanding of oral hypofunction.Meanwhile,which provides reference for our country to evaluate and intervene oral hypofunction in the elderly.
