摘　　要：通过梳理积极心理学与安全意识的相关理论,结合哈德逊成熟度模型和杜邦安全文化,构建电网企业班组员工安全意识成熟度模型,并编制安全意识评价量表,经信度、效度检验得出该评价量表具有较好的测量效果。运用上述方法对某公司班组员工进行安全意识成熟度评价,得出该公司的安全意识成熟度整体处于第五级(主动级)的较低水平,其安全意识整体表现较好,但还有一定的提升空间,应持续加强对安全意识的培养。By sorting out the relevant theories of positive psychology and safety awareness,a safety awareness maturity model among team members of power grid enterprise is set up in combination with the Hudson maturity model and DuPont safety culture,and a safety awareness evaluation scale is drawn up with good measurement effects upon tests of reliability and validity.Using the above method to evaluate the safety awareness maturity of team members in an enterprise,it is regarded at the fifth level(active level)which is relatively low,and its overall safety awareness performance is relatively good with a certain margin for improvement,therefore,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the cultivation of safety awareness.
