丁香酚对细点石斑鱼麻醉效果及肝脏生理生化指标的影响

摘  要:为提高细点石斑鱼(Epinephelus cyanopodus)在运输、分苗和增殖放流标记中的成活率,明确麻醉运输的浓度,测定了不同质量浓度丁香酚对体质量为(27.84±6.91)g的细点石斑鱼的麻醉效果,以及丁香酚质量浓度分别为5 mg/L和9 mg/L时对鱼体肝脏生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:在(29.5±0.3)℃条件下,当丁香酚浓度为5 mg/L和10 mg/L时,细点石斑鱼最终麻醉状态分别为深度镇静期和轻度麻醉期,并在4 min内恢复正常。在麻醉与复苏试验中,5 mg/L组细点石斑鱼肝脏生化指标与对照组没有显著差异,9 mg/L组麻醉6 h肝脏SOD、CAT、ALT和AST显著低于对照组,经12 h清水复苏后酶活性恢复至正常,证明其影响是可逆的。因此,可选质量浓度为5 mg/L的丁香酚用于12 h的麻醉运输。In order to improve the survival rate of Epinephelus cyanopodus in transport,seedling grading and marking in enhancement release,and determine the concentration of eugenol in anesthesia transport,the anesthetic effects of different mass concentrations of eugenol were determined on E.cyanopodus with body weight of(27.84±6.91)g.The effects of mass concentrations of eugenol at 5 mg/L and 9 mg/L on the physiological and biochemical indexes of liver were also determined.The results showed that under the temperature of(29.5±0.3)℃,when the concentration of eugenol was 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L,the final anesthetic state of the fish was deep sedation and mild anesthesia,respectively,and the normal state was recovered within 4 minutes.In the anesthesia and resuscitation tests,there was no significant difference in liver biochemical indexes between the 5 mg/L group and the control group,while SOD,CAT,ALT and AST in liver of the fish of the 9 mg/L group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 6 h after anesthesia,and the enzyme activities returned to normal after 12 h of resuscitation in clear water,which proved that the effects were reversible.Therefore,eugenol with a mass concentration of 5 mg/L is optional for 12 h anesthetic transport.
