摘  要:冀农薯5139是以V7-55为母本、斯凡特为父本杂交选育的马铃薯新品种。该品种属中晚熟品种,在河北省春季覆膜栽培全生育期102 d左右,株高约85 cm,植株半直立,茎秆绿色局部有紫色,叶浅绿色。花序小,花冠白色,近五边形。块茎长卵圆形,黄皮黄肉,芽眼浅、薯皮光滑度中,单株结薯5~7块,结薯集中,平均单薯质量220.5 g,商品薯率88%以上,平均667 m^(2)产量3000~3500 kg。该品种中抗晚疫病,中抗病毒病,耐贮藏。块茎干物质含量(w,后同)19.4%、淀粉含量14.8%、蛋白质含量1.84%、维生素C含量28.24 mg·100 g^(-1)、还原糖含量0.073%。该品种适宜在河北张家口、承德等生态相似地区春季种植。2023年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。Jinongshu 5139 is a new potato cultivar,which was hybrid bred with V7-55 as female parent and Svante as male parent.This cultivar is medium and late maturing and are mulched film cultivation during the whole growth period is about 102 days in spring of Hebei province.The plant is semi upright with about 85 cm in height.With part of the green stem is purple,and light green leaves.Its inflorescence was small,with white and nearly pentagonal corolla.It’s tubers are long ovate,with yellow skin,yellow flesh,shallow bud holes and medium smooth potato skin.There are 5 to 7 potato stems per plant,and single potato mass is 220.5 g.The commercial potato rate is more than 88%.The average yield is 3000-3500 kg per 667 m^(2).This cultivar is moderately resistant to late blight,moderately resistant to viral diseases,and resistant to storage.The tuber dry matter content is 19.4%,starch content is 14.8%,protein content is 1.84%,vitamin C content is 28.24 mg·100 g^(-1),and reducing sugar content is 0.073%.This variety is suitable for spring planting in Zhangjiakou,Chengde and other ecologically similar areas in Hebei province.
