摘　　要：目的:研究全自动化学发光分析仪在检测肝纤维化四项指标方面,对体检人群中脂肪肝患者进行显著肝纤维化评估的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2022年5月~2024年5月期间体检的68人的病例资料,分为脂肪肝组(32例)和无肝病组(36例),用Maglumi 4000Plus全自动化学发光测定仪检测肝纤维化四项指标,比较两组差异,评价该仪器精密度和灵敏度,分析与彩超所示肝纤维化程度关联性。结果:脂肪肝组的肝纤维化四项指标水平显著高于无肝病组(P<0.05);两组批内和日间精密度CV、灵敏度在允许范围内,且上述指标与彩超所示肝纤维化程度均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Maglumi 4000Plus全自动化学发光测定仪检测肝纤维化四项指标重复性和稳定性好,四项指标水平升高则肝纤维化程度升高,可作为非侵入性检测工具评估肝纤维化程度。Objective:To study the application value of automatic chemiluminescence analyzer in the detection of four indicators of liver fibrosis and the evaluation of significant liver fibrosis in patients with fatty liver in physical examination population.Methods:The case data of 68 people who received physical examination in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed from May 2022 to May 2024.The above subjects were divided into fatty liver group(32 cases)and non-liver disease group(36 cases).The four indicators of liver fibrosis were detected by Maglumi 4000Plus automatic chemiluminescence analyzer,and the differences between the two groups were compared,and the precision and sensitivity of the instrument were evaluated,and the association with liver fibrosis degree shown by color Doppler ultrasound was analyzed.Results:The levels of four indicators of liver fibrosis in fatty liver group were significantly higher than those in non-liver disease group(P<0.05).The within-run precision and inter-day precision CV values and sensitivity in the two groups were within the allowable range,and the above indicators were significantly positively correlated with degree of liver fibrosis shown by color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maglumi 400Plus automatic chemiluminescence analyzer has good repeatability and stability in detecting the four indicators of liver fibrosis.The increases of the four indicators aggravate the degree of liver fibrosis,which can be used as a non-invasive detection tool to evaluate the liver fibrosis degree.
