内镜下氩离子凝固术术后联合艾司奥美拉唑在消化道息肉治疗中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探究内镜下氩离子凝固术(Argon plasma coagulation,APC)联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗消化道息肉的效果。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年7月本院110例APC治疗的消化道息肉患者的临床资料,其中常规治疗为对照组,常规疗法联合艾司奥美拉唑为观察组(n=55)。比较两组临床疗效以及住院期间消化道功能恢复情况,同时采用酶联免疫法检测术后即刻、出院时血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)水平,消化道黏膜形态评分评估术后即刻、出院时消化道黏膜形态,比较复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后消化道功能恢复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,观察组炎性因子水平、消化道黏膜形态指标评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消化道息肉患者APC术后联合艾司奥美拉唑效果确切,可改善患者预后。Objective:To explore the effect of endoscopic argon plasma coagulation(APC)combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of digestive tract polyps.Methods:The clinical data of 110 patients with digestive tract polyps treated with APC in our hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected.The conventional treatment was the control group,and the conventional therapy combined with esomeprazole was the observation group(n=55).The clinical efficacy and recovery of digestive tract function during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.At the same time,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and procalcitonin(PCT)immediately after surgery and at discharge.The morphology score of digestive tract mucosa was used to evaluate the morphology of digestive tract mucosa immediately after surgery and at discharge,and the recurrence was compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the recovery of digestive tract function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the levels of inflammatory factors and digestive tract mucosal morphology indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:APC combined with esomeprazole after surgery for patients with digestive tract polyps has a definite effect and can improve patient prognosis.
