睑袋整形术Hamra改良术式联合睑袋眶隔释放填充泪沟矫治对下睑袋伴泪槽畸形的治疗效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨睑袋眶隔释放填充泪沟结合睑袋整形术Hamra改良术式在下睑袋伴泪槽畸形矫治中的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月期间本院收治的睑袋膨出伴泪沟凹陷患者69例作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组(n=34)和研究组(n=35)。对照组采用睑袋整形术Hamra改良术式治疗;研究组采用睑袋眶隔释放填充泪沟结合睑袋整形术Hamra改良术式矫治。分析对比两组的疗效、疼痛程度、不良反应、临床改善程度及满意度。结果:研究组的治疗疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)相较于对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的睑袋外观的具体改善程度、下睑细纹的具体改善程度、泪沟凹陷的具体改善程度以及满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用睑袋整形术Hamra改良术式联合睑袋眶隔释放填充泪沟矫治下睑袋伴泪槽畸形,能提高治疗效果,缓解疼痛,减少不良反应,提升临床改善程度及满意度。Objective:To investigate the quality and efficacy of blepharoplasty Hamra modified operation combined with the release of the orbital septum of the eyelid and the filling of the lacrimal groove in the treatment of lower eyelid pouch with lacrimal groove deformity.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,69 patients with blepharocele accompanied by lacrimal depression were selected as study objects.Patients were divided into control group(n=34)and study group(n=35)randomly.The control group was treated with blepharoplasty Hamra modified procedure.The study group was treated with the release of the orbital septum of the eyelid and the filling of the lacrimal groove combined with blepharoplasty Hamra modified procedure.The efficacy,pain degree,adverse reactions,clinical improvement degree and satisfaction degree of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of study group was significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the appearance of the eyelid bag,the improvement degree of the fine lines of the lower eyelid,the improvement degree of the lacrimal depression and the satisfaction degree of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Hamra combined with the release of the orbital septum of the eyelid and the filling of the lacrimal groove can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve pain,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the clinical improvement degree and satisfaction.
