摘 要:目的:通过完善和优化公立医院激励机制,引导公立医院医生合理分配努力投入,促进科研成果转化应用和公立医院服务能力提升。方法:构建多任务委托代理模型,并采用数值分析验证模型结果的有效性。结果:医生的最优努力水平与医生的努力成本系数、任务间相关性系数呈负相关,与政府提供的报酬激励系数呈正相关;政府对医生的报酬激励系数与医生的努力成本系数、医生的风险规避度、任务的环境风险因素以及任务间相关性系数呈负相关。结论:政府应加大对医生科研发展的重视程度,完善公立医院薪酬激励制度保障体系,加强公立医院内部管理体系建设。Objective:To guide public hospital doctors in allocating their efforts more effectively,promote the transformation and application of scientific research achievements,and enhance the service capabilities of public hospitals by improving and optimizing incentive mechanisms.Methods:A multi-task principal-agent model was constructed,and numerical analysis was used to verify the validity of the model results.Results:The optimal effort level of doctors is negatively correlated with the doctors'effort cost coefficient and the correlation coefficient between tasks,and positively correlated with the reward incentive coefficient provided by the government.The government’s reward incentive coefficient for doctors is negatively correlated with the doctors'effort cost coefficient,the doctors'risk aversion,the environmental risk factors of tasks,and the correlation coefficient between tasks.Conclusion:The government should place greater emphasis on the scientific research development of doctors,improve the public hospital compensation and incentive system,and strengthen the internal management system of public hospitals.
