摘　　要：学科建设对医院发展具有重要意义,是医院提升核心竞争力、促进业务发展、提高服务质量的重要途径。学科建设是一个综合性的过程,涉及医疗服务、技术提升、质量安全、教学科研等多个方面。地市级中医院在学科建设能力上尤其是科研创新方面仍然显得相对薄弱。优化和提升科研创新能力可以推动学科建设的持续发展,进而增强医院整体竞争力和服务水平。笔者以宁波市中医院为例,开展“院院合一”的创新模式阐述对地市级中医院学科建设能力提升的作用,旨在探讨创新驱动下地市级中医院学科建设能力提升的策略和方法,以期为其他地市级中医院提供借鉴和参考。Discipline construction is of great significance to the development of hospitals.It is an essential pathway to enhancing a hospital's core competitiveness,promoting business development,and improving service quality.Discipline construction is a comprehensive process involving medical services,technical improvement,quality and safety,teaching,and scientific research.Municipal-level traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals,particularly in terms of scientific research and innovation,still appear relatively weak.Optimizing and enhancing the capacity for scientific research and innovation can promote the sustainable development of discipline construction,thereby enhancing the hospital's overall competitiveness and service level.Using Ningbo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as an example,this study explores the role of the"Research Institute-in-Hospital"innovation model in enhancing the discipline construction capacity of municipal TCM hospitals,aiming to discuss strategies and methods for capacity enhancement in discipline construction driven by innovation,providing references for other municipal TCM hospitals.
