摘 要:为研究不同材料不同环境下口腔正畸牙用胶粘剂剪切粘接强度,研究西湖巴尔光固化胶、非调拌型树脂胶与光固化玻璃离子胶3种胶粘剂搭配金属、陶瓷2种托槽,在唾液、血液以及混合污染、酸腐蚀条件下、不同加载方向下口腔正畸牙用胶粘剂剪切粘接强度。试验结果显示,西湖巴尔光固化胶剪切粘接强度最小,唾液环境对于粘接强度影响最大,即使在唾液污染环境非调拌型树脂胶的剪切粘接强度也最高。增加酸性腐蚀时长会提升胶粘剂的剪切粘接强度,45°加载比90°加载下口腔正畸牙用胶粘剂剪切粘接强度更高,说明外力施加方向也是影响胶粘剂剪切粘接强度的关键。In order to study the shear bonding strength of adhesives used in orthodontic teeth under different materi⁃als and different environments,the shear bonding strength of Xihu Bal light curing adhesive,non-mixed resin adhe⁃sive and light curing glass ionic adhesive combined with two kinds of metal and ceramic supports was studied under the conditions of saliva,blood,mixed contamination,acid corrosion and different loading directions.The test results showed that the shear bonding strength of Xihu Bal light curing adhesive was the smallest,the influence of saliva en⁃vironment on the bonding strength was the largest,and the shear bonding strength of non-mixed resin adhesive was the highest even in saliva polluted environment.Increasing the acid corrosion time improved the shear bonding strength of the adhesive.The shear bonding strength of the adhesive used in orthodontic teeth under 45°loading was higher than that under 90°loading,indicating that the direction of external force is also the key to the shear bonding strength of the adhesive.
