摘 要:为了解决滤波-x广义最大熵准则(FxGMCC)算法在处理噪声主动控制时存在快速收敛和低稳态误差之间的矛盾,分别采用sigmoid函数和sinh函数,提出了基于sigmoid函数的变步长FxGMCC(SFxGMCC)算法和基于sinh函数的变步长FxGMCC(ShFxGMCC)算法。然后,通过分析SFxGMCC算法和ShFxGMCC算法变步长性能,提出了一种基于sigmoid-sinh分段函数的SSFxGMCC算法。为了验证SSFxGMCC算法性能,分别采用alpha稳定分布噪声和混合噪声作为输入信号,对SSFxGMCC算法与FxGMCC算法、SFxGMCC算法与ShFxGMCC算法进行性能仿真实验。结果表明,与FxGMCC算法相比,采用SSFxGMCC算法在应对alpha稳定分布噪声和混合噪声时,在收敛速度得到提升的前提下,平均降噪量分别提升了16.5%和17.4%。由此可知,SSFxGMCC算法有效解决了FxGMCC算法在应对噪声主动控制时快速收敛和低稳态误差无法同时满足的问题。To resolve the conflict between fast convergence and low steady state error of the filter-x generalised maximum entropy criterion(FxGMCC)algorithm in dealing with noisy active control,a varied step-size FxGMCC algorithm based on the sigmoid function(SFxGMCC)and a varied step-size FxGMCC algorithm based on the sinh function were respectively presented by using the sigmoid function and the sinh function(ShFxGMCC).Then a sigmoid-sinh segmented function SSFxGMCC algorithm is proposed by analysing the variable step size property of SFxGMCC algorithm and ShFxGMCC algorithm.In order to verify the property of the SSFxGMCC algorithm,the property simulation tests of the SSFxGMCC algorithm with the FxGMCC algorithm and the SFxGMCC algorithm with the ShFxGMCC algorithm are carried out by using the alpha-stable distribution noise and the mixed noise as the input signals,respectively.The outcomes reveal that,in contrast to the FxGMCC algorithm,using the SSFxGMCC algorithm in dealing with the alpha stable distribution noise and the mixed noise,the average noise reduction is improved by 16.5%and 17.4%,respectively,on the premise that the convergence speed has been enhanced.It can be seen that the SSFxGMCC algorithm effectively solves the problem that fast converse and low steady state error cannot be satisfied simultaneously by the FxGMCC algorithm when dealing with noise active control.
