摘 要:饲用木聚糖酶是能够分解植物性饲料原料细胞壁中木聚糖的一类酶,可通过水解木糖苷键,降解饲料中的木聚糖,削弱其抗营养作用,在提高营养物质的消化率、改善肠道健康、增强免疫功能、改善畜禽生产性能等方面发挥着积极作用,是一类绿色、高效的饲料添加剂。然而,木聚糖酶也可能在消化过程中带来负面影响,如过量添加可能导致食糜黏度升高。本文综述了饲用木聚糖酶的生物学功能及木聚糖酶在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为木聚糖酶的研究和应用提供理论依据。Xylanase is a class of enzymes that can break down xylans in the cell wall of plant feed,significantly reducing the anti-nutritional effects.It can improve nutrient digestibility,enhance intestinal health,and boost immune function,ultimately exerting a positive impact on animal performance.However,some studies have shown that xylanase may also have negative effects during digestion,such as increased chyme viscosity with excessive supplementation.This article systematically introduces the structure,function,and mechanism of xylanase,and reviews the latest research progress and applications of xylanase in improving digestion,aiming to lay a foundation for the development and application of xylanase in the livestock and poultry industry.
