摘　　要：力学课程理论性强,知识体系复杂,计算量大,因此要求学生必须掌握实用、灵活的学习方法。针对力学课程学习的预习、听课与记笔记、课后复习、作业与练习、习题课、课外学习六个环节,指出各个环节的重要性和每个环节的具体做法,提出的观点实用性强,对学生的学习指导工作有重要的参考价值。Because mechanics courses are strongly theoretical with a complex knowledge system,requiring a large amount of calculation,students are required to master practical and flexible learning methods.In view of the sev⁃eral links in the learning of mechanics courses,including preparation,lectures and note-taking,after-class re⁃view,homework and exercises,exercise classes,and extracurricular learning,the importance of each link and the specific practices of each link are pointed out.The view put forward are highly practical and have important refer⁃ence value for instructing students’learning.
