摘 要:某型航空用超高转速空气涡轮起动机在研制周期内时常出现涡轮转子在通过二阶临界转速时整机振动异常的情况。基于实体模型的有限元分析方法,对其涡轮转子系统进行建模,分别利用分析软件和专用动力学软件计算涡轮转子系统的临界转速,并与大量的试验结果进行对比,分析计算与试验结果的差异原因,从正常工作转速、转子支撑结构设计等方面对该航空用空气涡轮起动机实现临界转速合理设计提出优化建议。To cope with the abnormal vibrations often occurring in turbine rotor of a certain type of aircraft with ultra-high speed air turbine starter in its development cycle at the second order critical speed,by the finite element analysis method based on physical model,builds modeling of turbine rotor system and uses dynamins analysis software and special software respectively to calculate the turbine rotor system.Abundent experiment results are compared,and the reasons for the difference between the calculated and the tested results are analyzed.Optimization suggestions are put forward for realizing the reasonable distribution of the critical speed of air turbine starter in trems of normal working speed and rotor support structure design.
