高校培养复合型经济管理人才的路径探索

摘　　要：培养复合型经管人才,使学生具备扎实的学科知识基础,以及实际应用能力、跨学科综合素养和职业技能,以适应商业领域多元化发展需求和激烈竞争的挑战,是高校的教育教学改革方向之一。为此,高校要构建企业需要的人才标准能力清单,形成跨专业综合职业能力模型,搭建多专业交叉融合课程体系,积极提高学生的综合能力与创新能力,并依据综合职业能力模型,设计实践教学模式,以及具有体系化、综合化特征的虚拟仿真实践教学模式,加强校企合作,为学生提供多样化的实训学习平台。Cultivating composite management talents to equip students with solid disciplinary knowledge foundation,practical application ability,interdisciplinary comprehensive literacy,and vocational skills,in order to adapt to the diversified development needs and fierce competition challenges in the business field,is one of the directions of education and teaching reform in universities.To this end,universities need to establish a list of talent standard abilities required by enterprises,form a cross disciplinary comprehensive vocational ability model,build a multi disciplinary cross fusion curriculum system,actively improve students'comprehensive and innovative abilities,and design practical teaching models based on the comprehensive vocational ability model,as well as virtual simulation practical teaching models with systematic and comprehensive characteristics,strengthen school enterprise cooperation,and provide students with diversified practical training and learning platforms.
