摘 要:近年来,粉尘爆炸事故频频发生,造成多人受伤,甚至死亡,厂房、设备等被破坏,严重损害了人们的生命财产安全。原料药生产过程中的干燥工序不可避免地涉及可燃粉尘和粉尘爆炸环境,属于事故多发岗位,各制药企业采取了多种方式来预防粉尘爆炸的发生。多年的设计理论结合药厂的实践经验,探讨了氮气保护在原料药气流干燥中的应用。氮气保护是利用氮气的化学特性,在原料药干燥过程中形成一种惰性的环境,隔绝可燃粉尘与外界空气的接触,从而降低事故发生的可能性。首先介绍了氮气保护的原理,包括可燃物的极限氧浓度、惰化等概念;接着,探讨了氮气保护在原料药氨基比林气流干燥中的实际应用,涵盖了干燥工艺流程、采用的控制措施以及氮气用量的计算等。装置从2015年建成已经安全运行至今,未发生任何安全事故。In recent years,dust explosion accidents have occurred frequently,causing multiple injuries and even deaths.Factories and equipment have been damaged,seriously damaging people's lives and property safety.The drying process in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients inevitably involves combustible dust and dust explosion environments,which belong to accident prone positions.Pharmaceutical companies have adopted various methods to prevent the occurrence of dust explosions.After years of design theory combined with practical testing in pharmaceutical factories,the author explores the application of nitrogen protection in the airflow drying of raw materials.Nitrogen protection is the use of the chemical properties of nitrogen to create an inert environment during the drying process of raw materials,isolating the contact between combustible dust and external air,thereby reducing the possibility of accidents.This article first introduces the principle of nitrogen protection,including concepts such as the limit oxygen concentration of combustible materials and inerting;Next,the practical application of nitrogen protection in the airflow drying of active pharmaceutical ingredient aminopyrine was discussed,covering the drying process flow,control measures adopted,and calculation of nitrogen dosage.The device has been operating safely since its completion in 2015,and no safety accidents have occurred.
