腹部增强CT扫描对结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部增强CT扫描在结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻中的临床诊断价值。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月枣庄市精神卫生中心/枣庄市立第二院经病理检查确诊为结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的96例患者作为研究对象,均采用腹部X线和腹部增强CT扫描检查,比较两种检查方法的诊断情况和病情检出率。结果腹部增强CT扫描梗阻检出率、梗阻部位确定率、图像清晰率和患者舒适度率均高于腹部X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹部增强CT扫描肠粘连、腹腔感染和肠道肿瘤检出率均高于腹部X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种检查方式供血不足和疝气检出率比较差异无统计学意义。结论腹部增强CT扫描对结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的诊断检出率较高,可提高病灶区域及病情检出率,增加图像清晰度,帮助临床医师更详细地了解病情进展,提高患者检查过程中的舒适度。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of abdominal enhanced CT scanning in the diagnosis of colon tumor ileus.Methods 96 patients diagnosed with colon tumor ileus by pathological examination in Zaozhuang Mental Health Center/Zaozhuang Second Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,all patients were examined by abdominal X-ray and abdominal enhanced CT scanning.The diagnosis and disease detection rate were compared between the two methods.Results The obstruction detection rate,obstruction location determination rate,image clarity rate and patient comfort degree rate of abdominal enhanced CT were higher than those of abdominal X-ray,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of intestinal adhesion,abdominal infection and intestinal tumor of abdominal enhanced CT scanning were higher than those of abdominal X-ray scanning,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the detection rate of insufficient blood supply and hernia between the two methods.Conclusion Abdominal enhanced CT scanning has a high diagnostic detection rate for colon tumor ileus,which can improve the detection rate of lesion area and disease,increase the clarity of the image,help clinicians understand the progress of the disease in more detail,and improve the comfort of patients in the examination process.
