摘　　要：在扎实推进乡村全面振兴和畅通城乡要素双向流动的政策语境下,乡村空间的收益预期获得持续改善,生产要素也逐步由城市空间向乡村空间进行理性转移,引致了相关产业在空间上的趋农聚集以及在功能上的适农演化,逐步衍生出趋农产业这一全新业态族。围绕趋农产业的理论意蕴、体系构成、生成逻辑、生成过程四个维度,本文系统阐释了推进乡村全面振兴下的产业趋农过程以及趋农产业发展的理论逻辑和学理依据。同时统筹考虑“政策-空间-人才-平台”四个维度,以大农业观为行动指引,从完善配套政策、优化空间布局、组建人才队伍、构建组织平台等方面揭示了趋农产业发展的未来进路,以期为推进乡村全面振兴语境下我国乡村产业的健康有序发展提供理论支撑。In the context of promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and unimpeded two-way flow of urban and rural factors,the income expectation of the rural space has been continuously improved,and the factors of production have been gradually transferred from the urban space to the rural space rationally,which has led to the spatial aggregation of the related industries and their functional evolution towards agriculture,and has gradually given rise to the brand-new industry of agriculture-oriented industries.Focusing on the four dimensions of the theoretical implication,system composition,generation logic and generation process of the agriculture-oriented industries,this article systematically explains the theoretical logic and theoretical basis of the process of industrial farming and the development of agriculture-oriented industries under the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.Considering the four dimensions of"policy-space-talent-platform",and taking the broad agriculture vision as a guide for action,the article reveals the future development of agriculture-oriented industries from the aspects of perfecting supporting policies,optimizing spatial layout,forming a talent team and building an organizational platform,so as to provide theoretical support for the healthy and orderly development of China's rural industries under the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
