摘  要:文章深入探讨了高校图书馆在强化科技教育与人文教育协同中的重要作用,论述了图书馆在传承学术精神、弘扬中华优秀传统文化、提升大学生科学素养与人文素养等文化育人中的主体地位,提出了打造知识、学习、环境的关键要素统筹体系,探索构建全过程文化感染育人、全学年文化熏陶育人、全覆盖文化教化育人、全时空文化塑造育人的图书馆“四全文化育人”新机制。The research aims to explore new mechanisms for cultural cultivation in academic libraries and actively support the implementation of the strategy of “Enhancing the Synergy between Science and Technology Education and Liberal Arts Education” proposed by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Focused on library cultural cultivation,this paper adopted methods of literature review and empirical research to explore the important role of academic libraries in strengthening the synergy between science and technology education and liberal arts education and analyze the position of libraries in inheriting academic spirit,promoting traditional Chinese culture and enhancing college students' scientific and cultural literacy in the context of cultural cultivation.It proposed that library cultural cultivation was resulted from the interaction of three core requirements:knowledge,environment,and learning.By optimizing knowledge services,improving learning atmosphere and stimulating learning motivation,the purpose of inspiring,nurturing,educating and shaping people with culture can be achieved.The paper believed that as a space for students' entire learning cycle,libraries should construct a new mechanism through direct,indirect and supportive multi-functional cultural cultivation methods,including:(1) Whole-process cultural promotion and inspiring instruction.Libraries need to promote the academic spirit,competency,exemplary roles and practices of scientists,educators,great scholars and predecessors,inspiring students throughout the entire learning cycle.(2) Full-academic-year cultural nurturing focused on students' needs,creating a two-way information exchange with cross-campus cultural instruction,digital memory cultural instruction and reading promotion cultural instruction.(3) Full-coverage cultural cultivation includes offering curriculum with excellent traditional Chinese culture to all,leveraging digital technology to facilitate the functions of cultural cultivation
