摘  要:目的 掌握四川省托育从业人员职业倦怠的发生状况,分析其影响因素。方法 针对全省21个市(州)3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务机构的托育从业人员,进行匿名问卷调查。采用单因素和多因素logistic回归,分析托育从业人员职业倦怠的影响因素。结果 9 662名托育从业人员中,3 933名(40.71%)存在职业倦怠。年龄≤20岁(OR=1.67,95%CI:1.29~2.15)、21~30岁(OR=1.63,95%CI:1.41~1.89)、31~40岁(OR=1.21,95%CI:1.05~1.39)、未婚(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.27~1.59)、大专(OR=1.15,95%CI:1.02~1.30)、本科及以上(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.08~1.48)、教师工作(OR=1.19,95%CI:1.05~1.35)、月收入≤2 000元(OR=1.60,95%CI:1.31~1.96)、月收入2 001~4 000元(OR=1.28,95%CI:1.07~1.53)、职业发展不满意(OR=2.67,95%CI:2.43~2.93)是托育从业人员职业倦怠的危险因素。结论 四川省托育从业人员的职业倦怠状况不容乐观,应有针对性地开展干预,缓解托育从业人员职业倦怠,减少人员流动性,满足托育行业的人才需求。Objective To understand the occurrence of occupational burnout among childcare workers in Sichuan Province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among childcare workers in infant care institutions for children under three years of age across 21 cities(prefectures)in the province.Univariate and mul-tivariate logistic regression analyses were employed to examine the influencing factors of occupational burnout among child-care workers.Results Among 9662 childcare workers,3933(40.71%)experienced occupational burnout.Factors identified as risk factors for burnout included being aged≤20 years(OR=1.67,95%CI:1.29-2.15),aged 21-30 years(OR=1.63,95%CI:1.41-1.89),aged 31-40 years(OR=1.21,95%CI:1.05-1.39),being unmarried(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.27-1.59),having a college diploma(OR=1.15,95%CI:1.02-1.30)or a bachelor's degree or higher(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.08-1.48),working as a teacher(OR=1.19,95%Cl:1.05-1.35),earning a monthly income of≤2000 yuan(0R=1.60,95%CI:1.31-1.96)or 2001 to 4000 yuan(OR=1.28,95%CI:1.07-1.53),and being dissatisfied with career development(OR=2.67,95%CI:2.43-2.93).Conclusion The status of occupational burnout among childcare workers in Sichuan Province is grim.Targeted interventions should be implemented to alleviate burnout,reduce employee turnover,and meet the talent needs of the childcare industry.
