摘　　要：目的 分析我国卫生城市创建领域的研究热点和演进趋势,探讨该领域研究现状及不足。方法 本研究利用Cite Space文献计量图谱分析工具,检索和筛选中国知网中近65年853篇相关文献作为数据样本,对文献作者、研究机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 发文量整体呈缓慢上升趋势,作者及机构间合作不紧密。目前较受关注的研究主题为“爱国卫生工作”“病媒生物”“健康教育”等。关键词聚类分析揭示了初步探索、快速发展和深化与创新三个阶段的热点演进特征。未来研究前沿集中在“数字化创卫”“健康影响评估”“卫生城市评价”等方面。结论 建议凝练创卫关键核心问题,梳理核心研究成果,挖掘成熟的研究前沿优势,融合信息化技术,推动新时期卫生城市创建研究工作高质量发展。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and evolution trends in the field of creating health city in China,ex-ploring the current state and shortcomings of research in this area.Methods Utilizing the CiteSpace bibliometric mapping analysis tool,this study retrieved and selected 853 relevant articles from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)over nearly sixty-five years as data samples.Visualized analysis was conducted based on authors,research institutions,and keyword.Results The overall number of publications showed a slow upward trend,with limited collaboration among authors and institutions.Currently,the research topics garnering significant attention included"patriotic health campaigns","vector-borne diseases",and"health education".Keyword cluster analysis revealed the evolution characteristics of hotspots across three stages:initial exploration,rapid development,and deepening innovation.Future research frontiers focused on aspects such as"digital health city creation","health impact assessment",and"evaluation of health cities".Conclusion It is recom-mended to refine key core issues in health city creation,organize core research findings,explore mature research frontiers,in-tegrate information technology,and promote high-quality development in health city creation research in the new era.
