基于OBE理念的课程目标达成与持续改进策略——以国家级一流课程国际金融为例

摘　　要：该文结合专业人才培养方案,融合OBE理念,对国家级一流课程国际金融的目标达成度评价进行深入分析。明确课程目标和学生毕业要求的对应关系,针对课程学习目标,制定相关的教学内容及考核办法,设计有特色的目标达成度评价方法,并提出课程进一步改进的策略和方法,以实现持续提高课程教学水平,促进专业人才培养质量提升的目的。This paper combines professional talent training programs and integrates the OBE concept to conduct an in-depth exploration of the goal achievement evaluation of the national first-class course International Finance.The corresponding relationship between the course teaching objectives and the graduation requirements of students is clarified.Based on the course learning objectives,relevant teaching content and assessment methods are developed.A distinctive goal achievement evaluation method and system have been designed,and strategies and methods for further improving the course have been proposed to achieve the goal of improving and enhancing the quality of course teaching and promoting the improvement of professional talent cultivation.
