公立医院临床学科高质量发展策略探析

摘　　要：加强临床学科建设是推进公立医院高质量发展的重要基础和途径,也是更好满足新时期人民群众健康服务需求的根本所在。研究立足我国公立医院高质量发展政策要求和临床学科发展现状,解析了学科高质量发展的内涵和目标,并针对学科建设存在的主要问题,从学科布局、发展方式、科技创新、人才队伍等方面提出公立医院高水平学科建设战略和路径,为助力公立医院探索全面落实新时代卫生与健康工作方针,不断向内涵式、引领式和可持续发展转型,加快高质量发展提供参考。Strengthening the construction of clinical disciplines is an important foundation and approach to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals,and it is also the fundamental way to better meet the health service needs of the people in the new era.Based on the policy requirements of high-quality development of public hospitals in China and the development status of clinical disciplines,this study analyzed the connotation and objectives of high-quality development of disciplines,and proposed the strategy and path of high-level discipline construction in public hospitals from the aspects of discipline layout,development mode,scientific and technological innovation and talent team in view of the main problems existing in discipline construction S0 as to assist public hospitals in exploring the comprehensive implementation of the new era's health and wellness policies,continuously transforming towards connotative,leading,and sustainable development,and providing references for accelerating high-quality development.
