摘　　要：高水平专业群是“双高计划”建设的核心,要保障专业群建设成果,需要积极构建科学有效的评估体系。文章从国家、社会、学校三个层面阐述研究意义,结合“双高计划”专业群九大任务论述了评估体系的六个维度,用文字和图表、定性和定量、多形式评估的形式呈现了具体做法,建立动态调整机制对A、B、C、D档专业实行优胜劣汰,形成一套具有前瞻性的评估体系,助力“双高计划”专业群高质量发展。High-level professional group is the core of the construction of“double-high plan”,and it is necessary to actively build a scientific and effective assessment system to guarantee the achievements of professional group construction.The article explains the significance of the study from the three levels of the country,society and school,discusses the six dimensions of the assessment system combined with the nine major tasks of the professional group of the“double-high plan”,and presents specific practices in the form of text and charts,qualitative and quantitative,and multi-form assessment,and establishes a dynamic adjustment mecha-nism for the implementation of the winners and losers of the A,B,C,and D grade majors,and forms a set of forward-looking as-sessment system,to help high-qualitydevelopment of professional groups of“double-high plan”.
