摘　　要：在通信运营商科技转型的大背景下,通信运营商供应链管理也面临重大的变化,在传统供应链基础上,一种新型供应链正占据越来越重要的位置。文章分析了传统供应链、新型供应链的不同特点,参考费希尔模型,提出了新形势下通信运营商两种供应链管理的战略。Against the backdrop of the technological transformation of communication operators,the supply chain management is also facing significant changes.On the basis of traditional supply chain,a new type of supply chain is occupying an increasingly important position.This article analyzes the different characteristics of traditional supply chain and new supply chain,and proposes two strategies for supply chain management of communication operators under the new situation,with reference to the Fisher model.
