摘  要:配电网络中随机合闸空载特高压换流断路器产生的励磁涌流,容易造成合闸控制时间误差。换流变合闸涌流的特殊性、剩磁、合闸角及合闸电阻对合闸涌流的影响均会对选相控制时间造成干扰,产生延迟。为了有效解决这一问题,提出过零点检测下配网断路器机械开关选相合闸智能控制方法。构建断路器机械开关选相合闸操作计算模型,以合闸操作计算模型为指导,利用傅里叶级数拟合技术对二次降噪信号分解,检测合闸的时间过零点信号,确定选相合闸操作的基准时间。建立关于环境温度和控制电压的RBF神经网络模型,以预测合闸动作时间。考虑磨损和老化影响,对动作时间进行自适应补偿,以确保机械开关合闸的准确和延迟抑制。实验结果表明:所提方法与实际合闸时间误差保持在0.5 ms以内,且励磁涌流小。The excitation inrush current generated by the random closing of no-load UHV converter circuit breakers in distribution networks can easily cause time errors in closing control.The particularity of the switching inrush current,residual magnetism,closing angle,and the influence of closing resistance on the switching inrush current can all cause interference and delay in the phase selection control time.In order to effectively solve this problem,an intelligent control method for phase selection and closing of mechanical switches of distribution network circuit breakers under zero crossing detection is proposed.Construct a calculation model for phase selection and closing operation of circuit breaker mechanical switches,guided by the closing operation calculation model,use Fourier series fitting technology to decompose the secondary noise reduction signal,detect the zero crossing signal of the closing time,and determine the reference time for phase selection and closing operation.Establish an RBF neural network model for environmental temperature and control voltage to predict the closing action time.Considering the effects of wear and aging,adaptive compensation is applied to the action time to ensure accurate and delayed suppression of mechanical switch closing.The experimental results show that the error between the proposed method and the actual closing time is maintained within 0.5ms,and the excitation inrush current is small.
