摘　　要：在新一轮科技创新浪潮中,科技资源作为科技创新的基石,已成为推动社会进步与经济发展的核心驱动力。科技信息资源作为新时代的生产要素,正逐步渗透到企业的各个环节,深刻改变着企业的生产方式、管理模式和竞争格局,企业如何有效利用科技信息资源,促进自身新质生产力额度提升,已成为决定其市场竞争力和可持续发展能力的关键。本文旨在探讨科技信息资源如何有效促进企业新质生产力发展,分析其在提升企业竞争力、促进创新转型、优化资源配置等方面的作用,并提出相应的策略和建议,以期为政策制定者、企业决策者及科研工作者提供理论参考。In the new wave of scientific and technological innovation,scientific and technological resources,as the cornerstone of scientific and technological innovation,have become the core driving force to promote social progress and economic development.As a factor of production in the new era,scientific and technological information resources are gradually penetrating into every link of enterprises,profoundly changing the production mode,management mode and competition pattern of enterprises.How enterprises effectively use scientific and technological information resources to promote their own new quality productivity has become the key to determine their market competitiveness and sustainable development ability.This paper aims to explore how scientific and technological information resources effectively promote the development of new quality productivity of enterprises,analyze its role in enhancing enterprise competitiveness,promoting innovation and transformation,optimizing resource allocation,etc.,and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions,in order to provide theoretical references for policy makers,enterprise decision makers and researchers.
